(NASDAQ: SFIX), an online personal styling service, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $15 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on November 17, 2017 under the symbol “SFIX.” The offering is expected to close on November 21, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
Stitch Fix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional Class A common shares at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
